Nintendo DS Lite Browser

Nintendo DS Browser (Nintendo DS) Today the 06th October 2006, marks the UK release date of the Nintendo DS Lite Browser.

Opera Web Browser now delivers the World Wide Web to Nintendo DS Lite users via a Wi-Fi Connection. The Web Browser is supplied as an add-on card for the handheld device at the retail price of £24.99.

Browsing with the dual-screens and touch screen capabilities makes surfing the web a breeze. Navigate by using the on-screen virtual keypad and stylus. There is two viewing modes available the Overview Mode allows a scaled-down view of the web pages and also allows you to zoom-in on particular parts of the page with the magnified view projected on to the top screen.

The other mode is SSR Mode (Small Screen Rendering) automatically re-adjusts the pages to fit vertically across both screens to remove horizontal scrolling. Saving bookmarks and passwords are stored in the built-in memory so you never need to worry about forgetting URL’s u come across.

The DS will require a Wi-Fi location spot to connect to the internet if you have a wireless router at home on your network or access to public Wi-Fi hotspots then your all set.
